I’m Johnny Hussain — better known as Coach Johnny.
For over 26 years, I’ve worked with individuals, teams, and organisations to develop capability, confidence, and performance across sales, leadership, and management.
I’ve coached and trained 10,000+ people, supported 100+ businesses, helped 1,500 individuals gain NLP certification, and spoken on stages to audiences of 10,000+ across the UK, US, and UAE.
My work is built on real-world experience across frontline sales, leadership roles, and senior management — not theory. I focus on practical tools, behavioural change, and performance frameworks that translate directly into results.
Today, I help businesses build stronger sales teams, more confident leaders, and cultures that perform consistently under pressure.
🧭 Professional Background
I was raised between the UK and the US, which exposed me early to different cultures, environments, and ways of thinking. That experience shaped how I communicate, lead, and adapt in complex business settings.
My career began in banking and financial services, where I progressed through sales and leadership roles, ultimately becoming Deputy National Sales Coach at HSBC, often the youngest person in the roles I held.
From there, I moved into senior sales, leadership, and behaviour change training roles, working across corporate, SME, and high-growth environments.
I’ve since designed and delivered national sales academies, leadership programmes, and large-scale training initiatives, supporting organisations through growth, change, and performance pressure.
Today, through Triple J Business Training, I help businesses develop confident leaders, high-performing sales teams, and cultures that deliver consistent results.
